  1. Plugin Licensing

All “WP Nordic” products, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

  1. Warranty

Plugins sold and distributed by “WP Nordic” are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

All our products are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress and WooCommerce. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the product will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using a “WP Nordic” product. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.

  1. Support

We sell and distributes our products “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.

Support for products sold and distributed by us is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license.

For yearly licences, support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the products purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.

For lifetime licences, support and updates are granted for the lifetime of the product after the original purchase.

Support and updates for our products are provided as long as said product is still actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, we will no longer be responsible for providing support for said product:

  • The product is no longer actively developed as a viable product by us.
  • “WP Nordic” is purchased or bought out by another company.
  • WordPress is no longer actively developed.
  • WooCommerce is no longer actively developed.

Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our products, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a time frame that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

Here’s a list of various support types included with your license:

  • Pre-sale questions.
  • Basic support questions.
  • Help with installing.
  • Help with troubleshooting issues.
  • Support for bugs.

Here’s a list of support types NOT included in your license:

  • We can’t set up and configure the plugin for you.
  • Custom-coding PHP, HTML or JavaScript.
  • Changing styling through CSS.
  1. Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription (where applicable) and license key. Automatic updates are available for all our products purchased via the this website. Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.

  1. Plugin Delivery

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information.

You will also receive an email with your login information (your chosen email address as username and an automatically generated password). You can login to your WP Nordic account with this information.

You can download the product and see your license key, or manage your account, at any time by logging into the account area.

Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us to request your purchase information.

Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.

  1. Ownership

All products are property of “WP Nordic”. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.

  1. Website & Product Content

All content found on this site and throughout the purchased product files including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is property of “WP Nordic” and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

  1. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a product subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

  1. Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund. Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:

  • You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin.
  • Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the product properly or get the product to perform its basic functions.
  • You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
  • No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
  • Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.

By purchasing product(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.

  1. Email

We may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to updates, promotions, and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.

  1. License termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license without notice if

  • you are (or have been known to) sharing our plugin on other sites (either free or paid).
  • you are (or have been known to) reselling the plugin.
  • you are (or have been known to) cracking, hacking, or “nulling” the plugin.
  • You are (or have been known to) using a version which is not purchased from our website.
  • you are (or have been known to) sharing the license key with other people not affiliated to you.

An exception to some of these rules is made for agencies creating sites for their clients.

  1. License Agreement

By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.

  1. Orders

Our order process is conducted by Woocommerce, where we handle all our orders internal.

  1. Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.

 15 . Termination
The Customer’s subscription will automatically renew in its existing combination of product mix and period until the Customer formally cancels with our Support Center. The subscription grants the Customer access to use the Provider’s software for the number of transactions, users, add-on modules, etc., included in the chosen product mix.

If the Customer changes their product mix, new transactions or features will be available immediately, while deselected functions will be available until the end of the ongoing billing period. Any addition of new features or transactions will instantly shift the Customer’s subscription to the chosen product mix. A new invoice and credit card charge will occur the same day. If the Customer needs more transactions, the subscription and product mix will automatically upgrade when the transaction limit is surpassed.  16. Duration
The Customer can cancel their subscription at any time. In that case, the Customer’s subscription will not be renewed when the current billing period ends. There is no refund for ongoing billing periods, meaning a prepaid subscription won’t be refunded, even if the Customer stops using the Provider’s services in the middle of the period. Cancellation must be in writing to our Support Center and will be confirmed by email. After termination, the Provider has no further obligations to the Customer. Once a subscription ends, the provider is no longer obligated to retain the Customer’s data. The Customer can change their product mix and downgrade their subscription via the Provider’s support center. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period. The Provider can terminate a subscription with 3 months’ notice plus the current billing period or without notice if the Customer significantly breaches the General Business Terms or in case of the Customer’s bankruptcy or insolvency.

 17. Scope of subscribtion
The Customer obtains a non-exclusive right to use the Provider’s service and product mix in accordance with these terms. The service is provided online as “software as a service”. The Customer does not acquire the service, a copy, or part of it and does not obtain a license to run the Provider’s software, except as software as a service. A subscription can be transferred to a third party at the Customer’s request and written acknowledgment. The Provider will require proof of the customer’s identity before transfer. A subscription with unpaid invoices, both due and not due, cannot be transferred. The Customer is responsible for third parties they grant access to the Provider’s Service or who use the Customer’s login details. The Customer must ensure the service isn’t used in a way that could harm the Provider’s name, reputation, or goodwill, or that violates relevant laws or regulations. Audit firms, administrative agencies, etc., using the administrator module on behalf of their clients, can only use this module themselves, and the module and the Provider’s service in general may not be made available to their clients. If this happens, it will be considered a significant breach.

18. Prices
Current prices can always be found on the Provider’s website. The Provider reserves the right to adjust the price with two weeks’ notice. All prices are in USD incl. VAT. If the subscription isn’t paid on time, the Customer’s account is locked until payment is received. The subscription is considered active until the Customer actively unsubscribes with the Provider’s support. The Provider will continue to keep the customer’s subscription active until it’s unsubscribed. The Provider doesn’t actively monitor if the customer is using the purchased subscription. The Customer agrees that invoices and reminders sent by email to the specified email address are considered delivered when sent by “WP Nordic ApS”.
