We try to make out setup process as simple as possible. Most of our plugins are installed just following these 3 steps.

Our plugin works best with the latest versions of WordPress, so make sure you update yours before setting up your plugin
If a plugin works with WooCommerce then it is a requirement for it to function and will not work with other eCommerce plugins.

Do you have problems with working with or loading your plugin or their functions.
Check if you have updated both your WordPress and plugin.
If you are unsure of what has gone wrong, then it is always possible to simply delete and then reinstall the plugin.
If you have your website backed up then simply reinstall the latest version you have saved that worked.

We strive to always have the best version of out plugins, so we would like to know if anything is wrong.
Unfortunately, we have very little control over other plugins or themes that are used on your site that aren’t ours.

The invoice for your plugin will be sent to you automatically and will automatically be at the end of the paid time-period.
This is unless something else is stated or you cancel your subscription.
You can find your licensing key by logging in on your account, pressing subscriptions and view the subscription you need the license key for.
The plugins license key will be at the top of the page consisting of serval numbers and letters.
Cancelling can be done at any time and will take effect as your remaining period runs out – this will depend on the type of plan, whether it is monthly or yearly.
