1. Support
Our products are sold and distributed “as-is,” without any implied guarantee that they will function exactly as you wish or that they will be compatible with third-party plugins, themes, or components.
Support for our products is only available to customers with an active and paid subscription or a valid license.
For annual licenses, support and updates are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, based on the license you have purchased. Once this period has expired, the license must be renewed to continue receiving support and updates. For subscriptions with automatic renewal, support will be available as long as the subscription is active and paid.
For lifetime licenses, support and updates are guaranteed for the entire product lifespan, as long as WP Nordic continues developing the product.
Support and updates will be provided as long as the product remains under active development. We will no longer be responsible for providing support or updates if any of the following situations occur:

2. Automatic Updates
Automatic updates are available to license holders with an active and valid subscription and license key. These updates are provided for all our products purchased via this website, as long as the license key remains active and valid.
Once the license expires, automatic updates will cease without prior notice. Customers can log in to their WP Nordic account at any time to check the status of their license and any upcoming expirations. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the license active to continue receiving automatic updates.
3. Plugin Delivery
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase details.
You will also receive an email with your login details (your chosen email address as the username and an automatically generated password). You can use these details to log into your WP Nordic account.
From your account, you can download your purchased products, view your license key, or manage your account at any time. If you do not receive an email with your details, you can contact us for assistance in retrieving your purchase information.
Access to download purchased products is available only as long as your license key is valid. Once the license expires, access to download the associated files will be revoked until the license is renewed.
4. Termination
The customer’s subscription will automatically renew with the existing product mix and period until the customer actively cancels the subscription via their WP Nordic account or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If the customer changes their product mix, new features or transactions will take effect immediately, while deselected features will remain available until the end of the current billing period. Changes to the product mix will result in an adjustment to the subscription, and a new invoice will be issued on the same day.
When the subscription is extended with new features, transactions, or add-on modules, there may be separate terms that must be accepted in order to use these. Customers will receive an email notification of any significant changes, but we are not obligated to send such notifications.
5. Duration
The customer may cancel their subscription at any time, but the subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for ongoing billing periods, meaning that a prepaid subscription will not be refunded even if the customer stops using the service mid-period.
Cancellation must be done via the customer’s WP Nordic account or by contacting our support team in writing. The customer will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation has been processed. Once the subscription ends, WP Nordic will no longer store the customer’s data.
6. Scope of Subscription
The customer receives a non-exclusive right to use WP Nordic’s services and products as part of the selected product mix. The services are provided as “software as a service,” and the customer does not acquire ownership or rights to a copy of the software, other than the right to use the service.
A subscription can be transferred to a third party if WP Nordic receives a written request from the customer and the transfer is approved. WP Nordic will require proof of the customer’s identity before approving the transfer. Subscriptions with unpaid invoices cannot be transferred.
The customer is responsible for any third party’s use of the service if the third party has access to the customer’s login credentials. The customer must ensure that the service is not used in a way that could harm WP Nordic’s name, reputation, or goodwill, or that violates applicable laws or regulations.
7. Pricing
Current prices are always available on WP Nordic’s website. WP Nordic reserves the right to adjust prices with two weeks’ notice. Prices are listed in DKK or USD, including VAT.
If payment is not received on time, the customer’s account will be locked until payment is received. The subscription is considered active until the customer actively cancels it via WP Nordic’s support or account.
Customers will receive email reminders for overdue invoices sent to the email address associated with their WP Nordic account.
