 Our Plugins come in a variety of price points. All are specific for the individual plugins, so be sure to check the plugin page for the specific price. 

Our plans vary from product to product, so make sure to check the individual plugins to find the plans available. 

All possible plans available are presented on the plugin pages. 

 You don’t need a whole lot of programming knowledge to use our plugins. Our plugins are very user friendly. 

Our plugins are specifically made for WordPress, so they do require a WordPress site to function.  

We ensure that our plugins are always up to date with the latest WordPress updates.  

All of our plugins come with a setup guide. By following this you will have your plugin set up in no time.

We try to make out setup process as simple as possible. Most of our plugins are installed just following these 3 steps.

However some of the plugins are installed differently, but you will receive guidance for the specific plugin,
when you purchase them.

  • Step 1: Simply download the latest version of the plugin from our site.
  • Step 2: Install the plugin either through WordPress Upload or FTP Method.
  • Step 3: After activation the settings will need to be configured.
    For example, you may need your license key at this step

Our plugin works best with the latest versions of WordPress, so make sure you update your it before
setting up your plugin

If a plugin works with WooCommerce then it does require it to function and will not work with
other eCommerce plugins.

Do you have problems with working with or loading your plugin or their functions.

Check if you have updated both your WordPress and plugin.

If you are unsure of what has gone wrong, then it is always possible to simply delete and then reinstall the plugin.

If you have your website backed up then simply reinstall the latest version you have saved that worked.

If you have found a bug or a problem with one of our plugins then feel free to let us know.
We strive to always have the best version of out plugins, so we would like to know if anything is wrong.

Unfortunately, we have very little control over other plugins or themes that are used on your site
that
aren’t ours, but we will always try to help if you run into a problem.

Do you have problems with working with or loading your plugin or their functions. Check if you have updated both your WordPress and plugin.

You can find your licensing key by logging in on your account, pressing subscriptions and view the subscription you need the license key for.

The plugins license key will be at the top of the page consisting of serval numbers and letters.

Cancelling can be done at any time and will take effect as your remaining period runs out – this will depend on the type of plan, whether it is monthly or yearly.
