1. General Information
- These terms of trade (hereafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all “WP Nordic” products (hereafter referred to as the “Services”).
- The Services are provided by WP Nordic, CVR No. 44382881, with an address at Hermodsvej 5b, 8230 Åbyhøj, Denmark (hereafter referred to as the “Provider”). Contact information: contact@wpnordic.com
- A binding agreement between the Provider and the customer (hereafter referred to as the “User”) is considered to be made upon the purchase of a Service.
- In the event of a dispute between the Provider and the User that cannot be resolved amicably, the matter shall be settled under Danish law in the Danish courts. Purchases of the Services are subject to Danish law, and any dispute must be brought before the City Court of Copenhagen, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Plugin Licensing
Services are, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
3. Warranty
Services are distributed are done in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
All our products are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress and WooCommerce. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the product will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using a “WP Nordic” product. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.
4. Disclaimer
WP Nordic cannot be held liable for direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of data, income, revenue, business opportunities, or reputation resulting from the use or inability to use our products. The User agrees that the use of our products is at their own risk.
WP Nordic is not responsible for damages or losses caused by software conflicts, third-party plugins, themes, or other external factors beyond our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any liability for any incidental or consequential damages.
5. Ownership
Services are property of “WP Nordic”. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.
6. Website & Product Content
All content found on this site and throughout the purchased product files including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is property of “WP Nordic” and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
In accordance with applicable Danish law regarding copyright and intellectual property rights, WP Nordic reserves all rights to our Services and the content on our website. Any unauthorized use, including copying, distribution, or resale of our products and content, will be prosecuted in accordance with Danish law.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a product subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
8. Refund Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our Services 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund. Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the Service properly or get the Service to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
By purchasing Services from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Any transaction fees will not be refunded.
9. Email
We may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to updates, promotions, and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by either using the unsubscribe link included in our newsletters or by contacting our support team at contact@wpnordic.com. Unsubscribing will take effect immediately and without any additional costs for you.
10. License termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license without notice if
- you are (or have been known to) sharing our plugin on other sites (either free or paid).
- you are (or have been known to) reselling the plugin.
- you are (or have been known to) cracking, hacking, or “nulling” the plugin.
- You are (or have been known to) using a version which is not purchased from our website.
- you are (or have been known to) sharing the license key with other people not affiliated to you.
An exception to some of these rules is made for agencies creating sites for their clients.
11. License Agreement
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
12. Orders
Our order process is conducted by Woocommerce, where we handle all our orders internal.
13. Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
